With respect to visual depictions not produced by CuioGeo but appearing on this website, CuioGeo has confirmed that all such visual depictions depict only persons who were at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depictions were created.
The original records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for such visual depictions are maintained by the respective original producers and can be obtained from:
- The original producing company or studio
- The content licensor who provided the material
- CuioGeo maintains copies where we are the licensed distributor
Exempt Content
Some visual depictions appearing on this website may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements because:
- They do not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256
- They were produced prior to July 3, 1995
- They are non-sexually explicit nudity only
- They qualify for other statutory exemptions
Content Creators and Performers
All content creators and performers on CuioGeo must:
- Verify their identity through our secure verification process
- Confirm they are at least 18 years of age
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Sign appropriate model releases and consent forms
- Maintain their own 2257 records for self-produced content
