Complaints Policy

We Take Complaints Seriously
Credible complaints about illegal or non-compliant content are acted on immediately, even before our full review is complete.
1. Who May Complain
Any person — whether or not you have an account with CuioGeo — may submit a complaint about website content, member or performer conduct, consent, or compliance with applicable law or our policies. This includes complaints from depicted persons, members of the public, law enforcement, and regulators.
2. How to Submit a Complaint
You can submit a complaint through either of the following channels:
- Our public report form: cuiogeo.com/report
- Email our compliance team directly: compliance@cuiogeo.com
Please include as much detail as possible — the specific content or conduct at issue, a URL or other identifier, your relationship to the complaint (if any), and contact information so we can follow up.
3. Immediate Action on Credible Complaints
Where a complaint credibly identifies content or conduct that is illegal or non-compliant with our policies, we remove or restrict access to that content immediately, while our review of the complaint continues.
4. Resolution Timeline
We resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint requires additional time to investigate — for example because it involves a legal determination or third-party evidence — we will let you know.
5. Additional Information
CuioGeo may request more information from you in order to investigate and resolve your complaint. Delays in providing requested information may extend our review timeline.
6. Abusive or Unjustified Complaints
Complaints submitted in bad faith, that are abusive, harassing, or knowingly false may be rejected. Repeated abusive or unjustified complaints may be handled under our Terms of Service, including restriction of your ability to submit further complaints.
7. Related Policies
If your complaint concerns a lack of consent to be depicted, or you would like content removed, see our Content Removal and Consent Appeals policy. If your complaint concerns trafficking, exploitation, or the safety of a person depicted, see our Safety & Anti-Trafficking Policy.
