By accessing or using CuioGeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not prohibited from accessing adult content in your jurisdiction
• You will not allow any person under 18 to access your account or view content through your account

3. Account Registration

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

CuioGeo offers a free tier and a paid membership, available with monthly, 3-month, or annual billing. Details of the current plans and prices are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all subscription fees
• Payment processor: RocketGate

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
• Your account will revert to Free tier access after the subscription period ends

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content
• Unauthorized charges (with proper documentation)
• Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours

4.5 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first:

• We may immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service pending resolution
• We reserve the right to contest illegitimate or fraudulent chargebacks with supporting evidence of Service delivery
• Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to fraud-prevention services

5. Content and Usage

5.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CuioGeo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Download content except through authorized features
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

5.3 Forensic Marking of Premium Content

Premium content delivered through your account may include an embedded, session-specific forensic watermark or other forensic-marking technology that is invisibly tied to your account. This forensic marking is used to identify the source of unauthorized copying, redistribution, or leaks. Attempting to remove, obscure, or defeat forensic marking is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and referral to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CuioGeo, including but not limited to videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CuioGeo or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, you must NOT use the Service to:

• Upload, create, request, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting or involving a minor in a sexual or exploitative context
• Post, distribute, or request non-consensual content, including content shared without the depicted person's knowledge or consent
• Engage in or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or the facilitation of prostitution
• Use coercion, threats, blackmail, or exploitation against any person in connection with content or account activity
• Solicit or facilitate illegal sexual services or other unlawful solicitation
• Harass, abuse, stalk, or harm other users or any depicted individual
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or CuioGeo systems
• Distribute malware or other harmful code, or attempt to bypass, defeat, or circumvent access controls, age-verification, geo-restrictions, or forensic marking
• Use the Service for any illegal or non-compliant purpose

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement. See Section 11 (Monitoring, Enforcement, and Law Enforcement Cooperation) below.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.

10. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact our designated DMCA agent at dmca@cuiogeo.com or submit a report through cuiogeo.com/report.

11. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Law Enforcement Cooperation

CuioGeo may, but is not obligated to, monitor content and account activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations, including reports received through /report, the Complaints Policy, or the Safety & Anti-Trafficking Policy
• Remove or disable access to content, and suspend or terminate accounts, immediately and without prior notice where credible evidence of illegal or non-compliant content or conduct exists
• Preserve evidence relevant to a suspected violation where legally appropriate
• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and other authorities, including reporting suspected child sexual abuse material or minor-safety concerns to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and responding to lawful requests for information

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUIOGEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CuioGeo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
